Scrap Tires - Disposal - Penalties

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the disposal of scrap tires except in a specified manner; providing specified criminal and civil penalties for persons who violate specified scrap tire procedures; requiring the Attorney General to take specified actions; and allowing the Department of the Environment to access specified penalties and take specified enforcement actions.
