Entitled:
Marijuana - Exceptions for Compassionate Use

Synopsis:

Allowing persons with specified medical conditions and their caregivers to possess marijuana and drug paraphernalia; allowing physicians to recommend marijuana; providing immunity to persons with an eligible patient; establishing a defense and presumption; prohibiting the required accommodation in places of employment; providing that insurers are not liable for reimbursement; prohibiting false statements; establishing penalties; and providing that paraphernalia laws do not apply.
