Higher Education - Community Colleges - State Funding
Providing that unrestricted grants shall be distributed to specified
small community colleges beginning in fiscal year 2003; providing that
the grant amounts shall increase in subsequent fiscal years depending
on the increase in the amount of specified funding to the 4-year
public institutions of higher education in the State; requiring the
Maryland Higher Education Commission to periodically review the
unrestricted grants authorized by the Act and make a specified
determination; etc.
