Highways - Prohibition on Use for Solicitations

Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Highway Administration or a local authority to prohibit the use of a controlled access highway by a person soliciting money, donations, employment, business, or a ride from an occupant of a vehicle on the controlled access highway; prohibiting, except under specified circumstances, a person from standing in a roadway to solicit money or donations from an occupant of a vehicle; and generally relating to restrictions on the use of highways for solicitation.
