Emergency Medical Services - Automated External Defibrillator - Required Facilities

Synopsis:

Requiring agencies, businesses, and other entities to have an automated external defibrillator and a trained operator on sites open to the public under specified circumstances; and requiring an automated external defibrillator to meet specified certification standards as established by the Emergency Medical Services Board.
