Maryland Health Care Commission and Health Services Cost Review
Commission - Use of Assessed Fees - Direct Costs
Clarifying that the fees assessed by the Maryland Health Care
Commission on hospitals, nursing homes, payors, and health care
practitioners, and the user fees assessed by the Health Services Cost
Review Commission on hospitals, shall be used exclusively to cover the
actual documented costs of fulfilling the statutory and regulatory
duties of the Maryland Health Care Commission and the Health Services
Cost Review Commission; etc.
