Workers' Compensation Commission - Judicial Review
Altering the procedures used in judicial review of a determination by
the Workers' Compensation Commission; eliminating the option of
submitting a disputed issue of fact to a jury; authorizing the
reviewing court to order the Commission to take additional evidence
under specified conditions; authorizing the Commission to modify a
decision based on the additional evidence taken; and requiring the
Commission to submit any additional evidence and any modified findings
or decision to the reviewing court.
