Establishing the Disadvantaged Student College Placement Examination Grant Program; requiring a county board of education to record the number of disadvantaged students in the county who take a college placement examination and the costs to the student; requiring a county board to report this information to the State Board of Education; requiring the State Board to distribute grants based on a specified formula to a county board; requiring a county board to disburse the grants to the student based on a formula; etc.
