Synopsis:

Altering underage alcoholic beverages violations from civil offenses to misdemeanors; repealing provisions that establish criminal procedures for underage alcoholic beverages violations; altering the amount a court may charge a defendant for court costs in a proceeding for underage alcoholic beverages violations; establishing that a court may place a defendant on probation before judgment only for specified alcoholic beverages offenses; and generally relating to underage alcoholic beverages violations.
