Agriculture - Commercial Use of Industrial Hemp Act

Synopsis:

Authorizing the growth and maintenance of industrial hemp, the manufacture of a hemp product, and the regeneration of seed for the growth of industrial hemp; requiring the Secretary of Agriculture to require a license before engaging in the commercial use of industrial hemp; requiring the Secretary to develop criteria for issuing the license; requiring the Secretary to ensure the safe commercial use of industrial hemp; etc.
