Establishing a Task Force on Nonlethal Wildlife Management; specifying the membership and duties of the Task Force; providing for a chairman of the Task Force; prohibiting a member of the Task Force from receiving specified compensation; authorizing a member of the Task Force to receive reimbursement for specified expenses; providing for meetings of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before a specified date; providing for staffing of the Task Force; etc.
