Synopsis:

Altering the provisions regarding the issuance of search warrants to allow warrants to be issued if there is probable cause that specified crimes will be committed or that specified property subject to seizure will be situated or located under specified circumstances; adding to the required contents of the search warrant under specified circumstances; and providing for the application of the Act.
