Synopsis:

Authorizing specified members of the Employees' Pension System or the Teachers' Pension System to receive eligibility service to which the members were entitled before a separation from employment under specified circumstances; providing that a member receiving eligibility service for specified prior service is not entitled to further rights related to that prior service; etc.
