Criminal Records - Expungement - Victimless Crimes

Synopsis:

Adding the conviction for specified crimes for which there is no evident victim to the circumstances under which an expungement of specified records can be obtained; requiring expungement of specified records be made by the removal of records to a secure area; providing a time period for which petitions for expungement of the records can be filed; prohibiting expungement of the records under specified circumstances; and authorizing the access and use of the expunged records by specified individuals and agencies; etc.
