Authorizing specified health care providers to withhold or withdraw
treatment in the outpatient setting in accordance with an emergency
medical services "do not resuscitate order" under specified
circumstances; requiring the Attorney General, in consultation with
specified agencies and officials, to conduct specified studies about
emergency medical services "do not resuscitate orders"; and requiring
the Attorney General to report to the General Assembly on or before a
specified date.
