Synopsis:

Authorizing specified surveyors to enter onto private or public lands or waters in the State, except buildings, for the purpose of conducting a land survey or a property line survey; requiring that the vehicle or vessel used by the surveyors when entering onto the lands or waters of another, except buildings, for the purpose of conducting a land survey or a property line survey shall conspicuously display an exterior sign that contains specified identifying information; etc.
