Synopsis:

Requiring the State Scholarship Administration to assist in the repayment of higher education loans by eligible lawyers under the Loan Assistance Repayment Program; requiring the Administration to provide additional debt repayment assistance to lawyers who provide legal services to low-income residents under the Program; requiring the trustees of the Clients' Security Trust Fund to distribute 7% of the Fund to the Administration to fund the additional debt repayment assistance; etc.
