Drunk and Drugged Driving - Evidence - Refusal to Submit to Test

Synopsis:

Clarifying that a refusal to submit to specified tests administered for the purpose of determining alcohol concentration or drug or controlled dangerous substance content of a person's blood is admissible in prosecutions for specified alcohol or drug related driving offenses; and repealing a prohibition against an inference concerning guilt or innocence arising because of a refusal to submit to a test.
