Synopsis:

Providing for the adjustment of fee for service reimbursement rates for the Medicaid Program; requiring the managed care organizations to report provider satisfaction with reimbursement rates annually; providing for the reimbursement rates to reflect specified rates and to adjust annually; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish the Medical Assistance Reimbursement Expert Panel; establishing the duties of the Medical Assistance Reimbursement Expert Panel; etc.
