Synopsis:

Requiring the Prince George's County Board of Supervisors of Elections to mail a specimen ballot to the household of each registered voter in the County before a primary election and to each registered voter in the County before a general election; and requiring the Prince George's County Council to provide a budget allocation for the cost of mailing the specimen ballots.
