Income Tax Credit - Dredge Material Research and Use

Synopsis:

Providing a State income tax credit for specified expenses relating to research, development, and implementation of beneficial uses of specified dredge material; requiring the Department of the Environment to adopt criteria by regulation for certifying the credit; providing that the income tax credit may not be carried over to other taxable years; and providing for the application and termination of the Act.
