Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission - Easements - Property Use PG/MC 16-00

Synopsis:

Providing that the owner of land that is subject to specified easements of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is entitled to the full use and enjoyment of the land, subject to specified conditions; and requiring the WSSC to bear the costs of alterations and reinstallations of water and sewer lines installed in easement property.
