Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to monitor specified incidences of physical injuries at specified juvenile facilities operated by the Department of Juvenile Justice; authorizing the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to designate a specified unit to conduct the monitoring; authorizing the designated unit to perform specified acts to carry out the purpose of the Act; prohibiting the disclosure of specified information to specified persons under specified circumstances; etc.
