Synopsis:

Increasing the compensation of chief election judges in Washington County by $25 per day and of every other election judge in Washington County by $20 per day; providing that the increase does not apply to the salary or compensation of the incumbent election judges; providing that a provision regulating the placement of any political poster, placard, picture, sign, transparency, or advertisement on specified properties does not apply in Charles, Washington, Wicomico, and Worcester counties; etc.
