Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified home loans from having specified payment schedules; prohibiting prepayment fees or penalties with respect to the home loans; prohibiting specified lenders from engaging in specified practices and taking specified actions in connection with the home loans; prohibiting high-cost home loans from having specified scheduled payments, terms, and provisions; providing that the provisions of the Act apply to persons who take specified actions to avoid the application of the provisions; etc.
