Dredge Material - Alternative Uses - Fund

Synopsis:

Establishing a Dredge Disposal Alternatives Fund as a special, continuing, nonlapsing fund; providing for the purposes and goals of the Fund; authorizing the Department of Business and Economic Development to provide financial assistance from the Fund for specified purposes; providing that it is the intent of the General Assembly that the Governor appropriate not less than $1,000,000 to the Fund for fiscal year 2002; etc.
