Requiring a hospital or related institution that provides specified services to include specified provisions for the use of specified facilities by and specified staff privileges for a qualified clinical social worker; permitting a hospital or related institution to restrict the use of facilities and staff privileges to a specified clinical social worker who meets specified qualifications a hospital or related institution sets for granting specified privileges; etc.
