Establishing a Task Force to Study Deer-Vehicle Collisions; establishing the membership of the Task Force; establishing duties of the Task Force; requiring the Governor to provide for funding for the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to make specified recommendations; requiring the Task Force to report its recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly; defining specified terms; and providing for the termination of the Act.
