Cigarette Restitution Fund - Registered Nurses in Public Schools

Synopsis:

Requiring a full-time registered nurse in each public school in the State; requiring the Department of Education to adopt regulations establishing standards and criteria for awarding grants to provide a full-time registered nurse in each public school in the State; and providing for specified expenditures to fund the program.
