apprentice elevator mechanics before performing elevator installation,
repair, or maintenance work; establishing the State Board of Elevator
Mechanics; establishing the Elevator Mechanics Fund; establishing
specified licensing requirements; authorizing the Board to waive
examination requirements in specified circumstances; providing for the
renewal of an elevator mechanic license or an apprentice mechanic
license; etc.
