Synopsis:

Establishing general procedures for allocation of residential and decision making responsibilities for a minor child when the parents do not live together; requiring the circuit court to issue an order requiring the parties to divorce, custody, or related actions to attend parent education classes; establishing the process, requirements, and criteria for the filing of a temporary parenting plan; establishing the process, requirements, and criteria for the filing of a permanment parenting plan; etc.
