Authorizing an individual with a driver's license containing a vision
related restriction who has had vision correction surgery enabling the
individual to qualify for an unrestricted license to apply to the
Motor Vehicle Administration for a corrected license or to carry, for
a specified period, a written certification from a licensed
ophthalmologist that the individual meets specified vision
requirements.
