Real Property - Priority of Liens - Condominiums and Homeowners Associations

Synopsis:

Providing that the portion of a homeowners association or condominium contract lien consisting of not more than 6 months of unpaid assessments has priority over a first mortgage or deed of trust in a foreclosure sale; and providing for the abrogation of the Act if the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation or the Federal National Mortgage Association ceases to purchase first mortgages on condominium units or lots in homeowners associations in this State.
