Criminal Offenders - Contagious Disease or Virus Testing

Synopsis:

Requiring individuals convicted of, charged with, or granted probation before judgment for committing specified offenses to furnish appropriate body fluid samples to be tested for the presence of contagious diseases or viruses under specified conditions; requiring the State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations for providing victims with counseling on contagious diseases and viruses; altering the definition of "body fluids" to include saliva and sputum; etc.
