Air Quality - Administrative Civil Penalty

Synopsis:

Increasing the maximum civil penalty that the Department of the Environment is authorized to collect for a violation of provisions of law related to air quality and asbestos removal from $2,500 to $10,000 for each violation and from $50,000 to $200,000 for a single administrative hearing.
