Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program - Seniors - Exemption

Synopsis:

Modifying an exception under the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program to provide that, in the case of a vehicle owned in the joint names of a husband and wife, the vehicle may qualify for an exemption if either spouse is at least 70 years old as long as the vehicle otherwise qualifies for the exemption.
