State Personnel - Grievance Procedures - Award of Attorney's Fees

Synopsis:

Providing that a grievant who prevails in a specified grievance proceeding is entitled to reimbursement for specified attorney's fees from the unit that employs the grievant under specified circumstances involving specified decisions by circuit courts and administrative law judges; and providing for the application and termination of the Act.
