Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - Licensing Restrictions

Synopsis:

Prohibiting any license for the sale of alcoholic beverages to be transferred into a specified area of Baltimore City; removing specified beginning and ending dates for a ban against the issuance or transfer of Class B beer, wine and liquor licenses in specified areas of Baltimore City; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages licenses in Baltimore City.
