Trained Child Restraint Device Installers - Limitation on Civil Liability

Synopsis:

Limiting the civil liability of a trained child restraint device installer for an act or omission that occurs in the installing or inspecting of a child restraint device in a motor vehicle if the trained child restraint device installer acts in good faith and without compensation and the act or omission is not one of gross negligence or wanton and willful misconduct; and providing for the application of the Act.
