Vehicle Laws - Traffic Control Signal Monitoring Systems - Funeral Processions

Synopsis:

Establishing a procedure for processing a citation issued for a specified violation recorded by a traffic control signal monitoring system and for which there is a defense that the vehicle of the person issued the citation was part of a funeral procession at the time of the alleged violation; requiring the citation issued to a person for a specified violation recorded by a traffic control signal monitoring system to contain a specified form; and requiring the District Court to dismiss a specified citation upon receipt of a specified form; etc.
