Crimes - Unsolicited Commercial Electronic Mail - Fraudulent Information

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from knowingly falsifying or forging electronic mail transmission information or other routing information in connection with the transmission of unsolicited commercial electronic mail through or into a computer or computer network of an electronic mail service provider or an electronic mail service subscriber; prohibiting a person from selling, giving, distributing, or possessing with the intent to sell, give, or distribute specified computer software; etc.
