Crimes - Threats Against Local Officials and Law Enforcement Officers

Synopsis:

Altering a provision that prohibits threats against specified local officials; expanding the definition of "local official" to include appointed officials; prohibiting a person from knowingly and willfully making threats against a law enforcement officer; providing that prohibitions against making a threat against an appointed official apply only to threats made during the performance of official duties; etc.
