Maryland Legal Services Corporation - Use of Grant Funds

Synopsis:

Prohibiting grantees of the Maryland Legal Services Corporation from using grant funds to provide legal assistance or support the provision of legal assistance in cases in which the grantee is providing representation under a procurement contract with a unit of State government awarded through a competitive bidding processs.
