State Personnel - Higher Education - Collective Bargaining

Synopsis:

Expanding the scope of provisions of law governing collective bargaining to include specified employees of specified State institutions of higher education; requiring that the boards of regents and the boards of trustees of the State institutions take specified actions in accordance with the requirements of specified laws governing collective bargaining; requiring the boards of regents and the boards of trustees to designate one or more representatives to participate as a party in collective bargaining; etc.
