proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Summerseat

used as an animal sanctuary and environmental interactive education
center for residents throughout Maryland with a special emphasis on
school children and persons who are developmentally disabled, subject
to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund;
