Synopsis:

Limiting the number of consecutive terms that an individual may serve in the House of Delegates and the Senate of Maryland; prohibiting a member of the Senate of Maryland from being a candidate for election to the House of Delegates immediately upon completion of a specified number of terms; limiting the number of cumulative terms that an individual may serve in the General Assembly; submitting the amendment to the voters of Maryland; etc.
