Department of Aging - Assisted Living Programs - Subsidies

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Aging to provide, when necessary and in accordance with available funds, specified monthly subsidies for the care of specified residents of assisted living programs who meet specific income requirements; and requiring a minimum number of subsidies available to the residents of assisted living programs.
