Requirements
Altering the requirement that an applicant must attend an eligible
Maryland higher education institution from within 2 years to within 8
years of completing high school or provide evidence of extenuating
circumstances to qualify for the Maryland Science and Technology
Scholarship; expanding eligibility requirements for the science and
technology scholarships; and providing for the allocation of
scholarship funds among students.
