Sexually Violent Predators

Synopsis:

Creating a procedure in which an individual who has been convicted of or charged with a sexually violent offense and who suffers from a specified mental abnormality or personality disorder may be placed in the custody of the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene until the individual is safe to be at large; requiring the Attorney General to determine if specified individuals meet the criteria of sexually violent predators; etc.
