Evaluation
Continuing the Maryland Home Improvement Commission in accordance with
provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by
extending to October 1, 2012, the termination provisions relating to
the statutory and regulatory authority of the Commission; increasing
the limitation on recovery from the Home Improvement Guaranty Fund to
no more than $15,000 to one claimant; etc.
